Overview

The SPI Flash Memory Controller IP Core enables a CPU to interface with an off-chip SPI flash memory device via standard interfaces: an AHB-lite Data Port and an APB Control Port. It supports efficient programming and high-speed read operations with 256-byte pages and operates at frequencies up to 108 MHz, providing cost-effective, high-density non-volatile storage.
