The NVMe Gen 5 Controller IP delivers ultra-low latency, high-throughput storage acceleration over PCIe 5.0. Supporting 32 GT/s per lane, it integrates NVMe 1.4/2.0 protocol, DMA, queue engines, and AXI interfaces for SoC/ASIC designs.
Optimized for data-heavy workloads, this controller is ideal for SSDs, AI accelerators, storage appliances, and high-performance embedded systems requiring fast, scalable, and power-efficient non-volatile memory access.
